Born in 1970, French screenwriter, director & producer Pierre Filmon, after musical and foreign language studies, made four short films which screened in 50 festivals before his feature documentary CLOSE ENCOUNTERS WITH VILMOS ZSIGMOND (2016) was selected at Cannes. His new feature LONG TIME NO SEE (2021) was selected at Moscow IFF, Shanghai IFF, Morelia IFF and others. His project TRAVELLERS, a Franco-Indian co-production, was selected at HAF (Hong Kong Asian Film Forum) in March 2022. His latest film JERRY SCHATZBERG, LANDSCAPE PORTRAIT (2022) was selected at Venice IFF.
